AptManager কী?
AptManager একটি অ্যাপার্টমেন্ট ও ফ্ল্যাট মালিক সমিতি ব্যবস্থাপনার সফটওয়্যার, যা বাংলাদেশের বাস্তবতা মাথায় রেখে তৈরি। সার্ভিস চার্জের বিল তৈরি থেকে শুরু করে আয়-ব্যয়ের হিসাব, নোটিশ প্রকাশ, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের কাজ এবং বছর শেষের রিপোর্ট — সবকিছু একটি জায়গায়।
খাতা-কলম বা ছড়িয়ে থাকা এক্সেল ফাইলের বদলে সমিতির প্রতিটি টাকার হিসাব এক জায়গায় থাকে। কমিটির সদস্যরা বিল তৈরি ও অনুমোদন করতে পারেন, আর ফ্ল্যাট মালিকেরা নিজের বিল, বকেয়া ও নোটিশ মোবাইলেই দেখতে পান। প্রতিটি সমিতির তথ্য সম্পূর্ণ আলাদা থাকে — এক সমিতির হিসাব অন্য সমিতি কখনো দেখতে পায় না।

What AptManager is
AptManager is management software for apartment buildings and flat-owners' associations, built around how housing societies in Bangladesh actually work. It covers service-charge billing, income and expense accounting, the notice board, maintenance requests and year-end reports — in a single place.
Instead of paper ledgers or scattered spreadsheets, every taka the association handles is recorded in one system. Committee members raise and approve bills; flat owners see their own bills, dues and notices on their phone. Each association's data is fully isolated — one society can never see another's records.

আমাদের লক্ষ্য একটাই: সমিতির টাকার হিসাব যেন সব সদস্যের কাছে স্বচ্ছ থাকে, আর কমিটির কাজ যেন সহজ হয়।

AptManager is built and maintained by Alnodes. The app is Bangla-first with full English support, designed so that older committee members seeing their accounts on a smartphone for the first time can use it without training.
Our goal is simple: make the association's money transparent to every member, and make the committee's work lighter.
